Please take one minute to do this ONLINE PETITION TO SAFEGUARD OUR ACCESS TO NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS. Recently John McCain and Byron Dorgan have sponsored a bill attacking the supplement industry and trying it put it under the control of the FDA. Their goal is to overturn DSHEA (Dietary Supplemental Health & Educational Act) which will severely limit your access to dietary supplements. From an entrepreneur’s perspective, this seems to be the case.
With Corporate America waving it’s white flags to surrender to the falling economy, the entrepreneur or small business owner has the opportunity to help out struggling consumers.
I mean it was less than 12 hours ago that I learned that I just received a -5.0% (negative five) raise at my Corporate America job.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the company that I work for, love the work that I’m doing and I’m extremely happy to still be employed and sensitive to those people who have suffered a fate worse than mine.
