Recently John McCain and Byron Dorgan have sponsored a bill attacking the supplement industry and trying it put it under the control of the FDA. Their goal is to overturn DSHEA (Dietary Supplemental Health & Educational Act) which will severely limit your access to dietary supplements. - Opt on only one resolution. Pick only one and put the blinders on. Make the goal clear, measurable, and as if it already happened; i.e., I am so happy that I lost 30 pounds by the end of the year and kept it off.
- Give yourself a reasonable time frame to complete your goal. You have the whole year to complete it! You didn’t gain weight overnight nor will you lose 30 pounds in one day.
