Market America Secondary Websites Must Be Registered
Last year, Market America revised its Internet Policy, which went into effect on July 1, 2009. Part of this policy requires all secondary websites (websites, other than an Independent Distributor’s Web Portal, mini-website, WebCenter, or Mini-WebCenter, which promote Market America products or the Market America business opportunity) to be registered with the company.
We commend those of you who have registered your individual secondary websites. For those of you who haven’t, please e-mail your name, Distributor ID, and the URL to webregistration@marketamerica.com so that you are in compliance with this requirement.
Market America has become aware of additional secondary websites with a regional, local, or group focus that have failed to register as required by the Internet Policy. These websites must also be registered.
You can register your group’s website by e-mailing your name, Distributor ID, and the URL of the website to webregistration@marketamerica.com. Any regional, local, or group secondary website that has not been registered by May 31, 2010 will subject the website’s administrator to the Corrective Action Procedure.
Please note that registration of your secondary website does not constitute approval of its content. For complete details about the Internet Policy, please see Chapter 20 of the 8.4 Edition Career Manual.
