With the latest Facebook Changes, they have filtered your News Feeds to ONLY show 250 of your Friends’ latest news (Friends that they chose). To change this, on the News Feed page, Go to the BOTTOM of the page. Select EDIT OPTIONS. Change the default 250 to the maximum allowed which is 5000. Share this information with all your friends!
