Whole Grain Snack Mix

Toss together a tasty trail mix in just 5 minutes! Three healthy cereals plus raisins, peanuts and carob chips are the mixers.
Eating at least 3 servings of whole grains daily may help reduce heart disease risk. Look for the word “whole” to be sure you get the whole grain.
Ingredients:
2 cups Fiber One® original bran cereal
2 cups Fiber One® Honey Clusters® cereal
2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios® cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup peanuts, if desired
1 cup carob chips, if desired
Directions:
- In large bowl or gallon-size resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix ingredients.
- Store tightly covered.
Yields 14 Servings (1/2 cups each).
