Ingredients:
1 beautiful, crisp romaine leaf
1-2 tablespoon avocado or use your favorite hummus flavor
2 tablespoon chopped tomato (use more as desired)
1 tablespoon chopped bell pepper (optional)
1 handful of your favorite sprouts (alfalfa, clover, broccoli)
Directions:
- Wrap.
- Enjoy.
