These take about 30 seconds to prepare, and they look great next to a protein-rich meal. Add 8 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved for variety.
You can make this recipe healthier by substituting a lower calorie / lower carb vinagerette salad dressing.
Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
creamy honey-mustard dressing
Directions:
- Rinse the lettuce under cool water.Remove and discard any leaves that have brown spots. Cut the lettuce into quarters.
- Serve with the dressing on the side.
Yields 4 Servings.
