Ham Chef Salad
Recipe Notes
Top lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers, ham and cheese and drizzle with dressing; toss well. Top with croutons. Serve with yogurt, blueberries and almonds.
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed salad greens
4 cherry tomatoes
¼ cup chopped or sliced cucumber
3 oz. low sodium, lean sliced ham
1 oz. low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
1/3 cup croutons
¾ cup low fat, plain or sugar-free yogurt
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp sliced almonds
Directions:
- Rinse and dry lettuce; tear into pieces. Place in a salad bowl. Cut the ham into strips. Top lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers, ham and cheese and drizzle with dressing; toss well. Top with croutons. Serve with yogurt, blueberries and almonds. Enjoy.
