Why Diets Don’t Work
Let’s keep it real. Diets do NOT work! How many of us have tried diets and failed?
What happens with diets is that in the beginning a quick 5 or 10 pounds will come off and then we revert back to our old eating habits.
We find ourselves thinking about food all the time because we never feel satisfied.
As the days start going by we become less and less enthusiastic, have less and less energy and we start becoming irritable.
Eventually we snap. We go on a food eating binge and feed our bodies with all those foods that we have been craving.
In very little time, we gain all our weight back and a little bit more. We are now right back where we started and a little worse off.
